Providing Meeting Space for WLG Provider Networking Events

Thank you for your interest in providing meeting space for an upcoming WLG Provider Networking event. We are flexible with dates & times and want to make it convenient for you to provide your facility to host the 2-hour event. [If you do not have a physical facility of your own, feel free to collaborate with providers who do have a facility. They do not need to be WLG Provider members.]

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded holistic providers, create connections and allow for collaborative, co-creative and cross-pollination client opportunities. Plus as a host, it is a wonderful opportunity to offer your facility additional marketing exposure to the area's holistic community.

Although there is nothing you will need to do to facilitate the networking event agenda (WLG Administration does that), there are a few things to cover as far as preparation for the event.

1. We will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to set out our materials, banner, laptop and sign-in sheets.

2. As such, we will need two 6 to 8 foot tables (or areas) for the following purpose:

a) one table is dedicated to WLG to register people as they come in.

b) second table is dedicated as a "Community Table" for holistic providers to set out their business cards and marketing materials.

**If you don't have 2 tables (or flat surface areas), please let us know so we can bring ours.

3. Sitting accommodations: We tend to attract 15 to 20 folks on average. Chairs, cushions, back-jacks, etc are all fine.

**Please advise if we need to bring additional supplies.

4. A few lite snacks/beverages are deeply appreciated but not required. And it does not have to be elaborate....it could simply be nuts, or cheese or veggies, and rice crackers. At minimum we do ask that water be available.

**If you are unable to provide a snack (and table space), please advise.

5. Promoting this WLG Networking event to your clients/community. To further expand the intention of creating a collaborative, holistic community, we ask that you promote this WLG Provider Networking event in whatever means you currently promote events...your e-newsletter, a flyer posted at your facility, word of mouth,...etc.
