*Cancellation Policy:

The below policy applies to those memberships who have surpassed the 2-month free trial period.

Month-to-Month subscribers can opt to unsubscribe at any time; however, no pro-rated refunds will be provided.  Providers need to contact WLG Administration at 302-376-7455 or info@wholisticlivingguide.com at least 2 business days notification prior to the date of the scheduled recurring transaction to ensure payment is stopped prior to the next charge.  If the payment is already charged when WLG is notified, the next payment will be canceled and the Provider's profile will remain active for the duration of that billing period.

Annual subscribers are eligible for a full refund of their annual membership fee as long as they contact WLG Administration by email or phone within 45 days of the charge being processed.  If a request is made after the 45 days, the Provider's membership will not renew the following year and no refund will be provided.
